"I could probably write a book about this Queen here. But I will do my best to make it short and sweet! I’ve known her my whole life of remembrance. She is the most fruitful person and the greatest blessing of my life; especially during my pregnancy. This whole journey was so hard for me. Not sure if it was because it was my third baby or I had gotten lazy over time; and didn’t work out as much as i did when i was younger. But through all my complaints and complications she was there holding my hand every step of the way supporting me, Encouraging me, praying for me. She spoke nothing but life to me, every time we chat. I remember at one point during my pregnancy i was so miserable she told me that all i do is speak negative about my feelings and pregnancy. She reminded me that before this pregnancy i was full of light always uplifting and speaking life onto my self and others. And challenged me to bring that person back to surface. It was hard as you can imagine i was beyond uncomfortable everyday. Morning sickness made everything impossible the back pains were the icing on the cake! But as always i like a good challenge. When we got to the point of me not being able to cook for myself or my family. She stepped right in and offered a hand. The light that shines when this woman Akirah Crawford steps in a room; she was she is heaven sent. I am so thankful i had the pleasure and am deeply honored that she was and is my DOULA! Akirah thank you so much for making this experience a beautiful one and educational of course. Three kids in and i learned so much more this time around because of you. All the information you learned you shared and we learned something new everyday. Haha and as difficult as I tried to be you kept me together and didn’t let me fall short of anything! No words can express how thankful i am for you and your service! God has truly blessed you with a gifted heart. I can’t say thank you enough!” — S.W., a happy and powerful mama
